There are two common types of acrylic light guide plates on the market: nano light guide plates and post-processed light guide plates; post-processed light guide plates are generally divided into two types, one is silk-screened light guide plates, and the other is laser-dotted light guide plates. Compared with laser dotted light guide plate (casting plate), silk screen light guide plate (extruded plate) has higher output rate and lower cost.
The extruded plate is generally used as a light guide plate by silk screen printing. For laser dotting, an orbital laser machine can be used, but a galvanometer laser machine cannot be used.
